Stephen Ammirati has had a passion for food and the hospitality business since a young age! He’s been in the food service industry since the age of 7, when he worked at the Mattituck Village Market. He was introduced to the family’s catering business and realized this was an industry he loved.

His interest in the family business evolved into him starting Ammirati’s of Love Lane in Mattituck with his brother, Greg. In 2020 Steve decided to focus more on catering and start his own business, The Catered Fork, which offers personalized catering for events no matter what the size. Steve decided to pour his passion for catering into two food trucks, The Catered Fork Truck which is currently stationed at Jamesport Farm Brewery, and the Duck Yeah! truck.
